Camp Staff

Garrett Biller: Coach Biller returns to the Storm Soccer Camp in 2008. Biller was the assistant camp director in 2006. Coach Biller is in his second season as the assistant men's soccer coach at Hastings College (Neb.). In addition to his duties at Hastings, Coach Biller serves as the Coach for the 1995 Boys Olympic Development team for Nebraska and holds a United States Soccer Federation (USSF) "C" License and a National Soccer Coaches Association of America (NSCAA) National Diploma.

Biller earned a bachelor's degree in sports administration while playing men's soccer at Simpson College in Indianola, Iowa. Biller helped lead Simpson to their first National Tournament appearance in 2000 as well as the conference championship and conference tournament title. Garrett is a native of Urbandale, Iowa and holds a master's degree in sports management from Wayne State (NCAA Division II).

Aaron Ruff: Coach Ruff will be helping with camp for the fourth consecutive year. Ruff is the head boys' soccer coach at Des Moines Roosevelt High School and was recently named the CIML Metro Conference Coach of the Year. Aaron received his Master's Degree in Education from Norwest Missouri State University. While at NMSU, he was the graduate assistant coach for the Bearcats Women's Soccer Team (NCAA Division II).

Ruff is a 2001 graduate from Simpson College and was a four-time letter winner for the Storm earning all-conference honors his junior and senior seasons. He captained the 2000 Iowa Intercollegiate Athletic Conference Champions, earning First Team All-Region Honors from the NSCAA.

Corey Miller: Coach Miller returns for his second year on the camp staff. Miller is a Sioux City, Iowa native and will be a junior at Simpson in the fall of 2008. Miller received all-conference honors in 2006 and 2007 leading the team in assists both seasons. In 2007, Miller started every match for the Storm netting three goals and assisting on four others for a total of ten points. Corey is a Sports Administration major.

Jim Frizzell: Coach Frizzell joins the camp staff for the 2008 soccer camp. Frizzell is a Johnston, Iowa native and will be a sophomore at Simpson College in the fall of 2008. Frizzell appeared in 16 matches for the Storm in 2007 recording three goals and one assist for seven points. Jim plans to major in history.

Mollie McMahon: Coach McMahon returns for her second year on the camp staff. McMahon is a Des Moines native and will be a junior at Simpson in the fall of 2008. In 2007, McMahon started every match for the Storm in the midfield and recorded three goals and two assists. A graduate from Roosevelt High School, she was named honorable mention All-State as a senior, NSCAA adidas State Player of the Year as a junior and was a three time first team All-Conference selection. Mollie is a biology major.

Kari Janes: Coach Janes returns for her second year on the camps staff. Janes is an Indianola native and will be a sophomore at Concordia University-Saint Paul (NCAA Division II) in the fall of 2008. Janes was named Northern Sun Intercollegiate Athletic Conference Offensive Player of the Week in October after scoring back-to-back game winning goals for the Golden Bears. Janes was named the Golden Bears freshman of the year starting in all 22 games and posting 3 goals and 2 assists
